2025年6月4日15:00時、OMAKASEで利用しております外部のメール配信サービスにおいて障害が発生しており、一部メールに遅延、並びにメールのコンテンツが空になる障害が発生しております。ご迷惑をおかけし大変申し訳ございません。

只今、状況の調査を行っておりますが、明確な復旧タイミングに関しては明言いたしかねますこと、重ねてお詫び申し上げます。また、現時点で送信されていないメールに関しては、復旧後に順次送信される予定でございます。

As of 15:00AM JST on June 6th, 2025 there has been an outage in the external email distribution service used by OMAKASE, and some emails have been delayed. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please check My Page after logging in to confirm your reservation.

We are currently investigating the situation, but we cannot say when the service will be restored. As for the emails that have not been sent at this time, they will be sent sequentially after the restoration.
