割引クーポンとは
- お取りいただいたご予約自体が無効となった場合に発行される、次回予約でご予約いただいけるクーポンです
- お客様が未来にご予約頂いている店舗において、店舗都合、その他不可抗力により、飲食営業が休業となった場合にOMAKASEの判断で発行させていただきます
割引クーポンのご確認方法
- 割引クーポンの有無に関してはマイページよりキャンセルとなった各ご予約の詳細を御覧ください
- 割引クーポンの有効期限は、OMAKASEのマイページ内のご予約詳細の各クーポンコードに記載されております
割引クーポンのご利用方法
- OMAKASEでのご予約確定画面にて、クーポンコードをクーポンコード欄に入力してご予約を確定することで予約手数料が割引されます
- ご予約の際、クーポン割引額が表示されます。予約を完了させる前に、ご利用のクーポンの提示金額が割引されていることを必ずご確認ください
- 一つのクーポンは、元の予約が何名であろうと、次の一予約分に対してしか適応されません。人数をよくお確かめの上、ご利用下さい
- その他規約や注意事項は、クーポン利用規約をご確認くださいませ。

What is discount coupons？
- A coupon that can be used to reserve for the next reservation, issued when the reservation becomes invalid.
- This coupon is issued at the discretion of OMAKASE, if the restaurant is closed due to restaurant's circumstances or force majeure cases of your upcoming reservations.
How to check your coupons
- Please see the details of each canceled reservation from “My Page” (please log in first, and open the URL listed below) for the availability of discount coupons.
- The expiration date of the discount coupon is listed on each coupon code in the reservation details in your OMAKASE "My Page"(upcoming reservations).
How to use coupons
- When making a reservation, enter the coupon code in the coupon code field on the reservation confirmation page in OMAKASE, and confirm the reservation to reduce the reservation fee
- The coupon discount will be displayed when making a reservation. Please make sure your coupon has been redeemed and the amount has been reduced before completing your reservation.
- One coupon can only be applied to the next reservation, no matter how many people made the original reservation. Please make sure of the number of people before using the coupon.
