予約可能人数について/ About reservable number of people.

ご予約の際にお選びいただける人数は、各店舗ごとの設定によって異なります。表示されてる人数以外はお選び頂けません。

下記のようなケースではご予約頂くことはできません。人数をご調整の上、ご予約ください。

• 例1）3名で予約したいが、2,4名しか選択肢がない
• 例2）2名で予約したいが4名以上しか選べない

この人数設定は、ご来店の時間帯やコース、席のレイアウト、季節などによっても変動する可能性もあり、またご来店日までの日数やタイミングによっても変わることがございます。こちらの設定は各店舗ごとにご設定いただいているため、どのようなルールで決まっているかはお答えできかねます。

また、必ずご予約頂いた人数でお越しください。
例外的なケースは除いて、3名でご予約いただいたにも関わらず2名でご来店されるようなことは認めておりません。最悪の場合、ご予約自体をお断りすることもございますのでご了承ください。

The number of people you can select when making a reservation depends on the settings for each store.
You cannot choose other than the displayed number of people.

You cannot make a reservation in the following cases below.
Please make a reservation after adjusting the number of people.

• i.e. 1) You want to make a reservation for 3 people, but only 2 or 4 people are selectable from the options.
• i.e. 2) You want to make a reservation for 2 people, but you can only select 4 or more people.

This number setting may change depending on the time of the day, course, seat layout, season, etc., and may also change depending on the timing until your reservation date.

Because this setting is set by each restaurant, and they have their own rules, that we can not answer what rules are set.

Also, please be sure to come with the number of people you have reserved.
Except under exceptional circumstances, we do not allow two people to come in despite having reserved for three people, for example.
Please note that in the worst case, we may refuse your confirmed reservation if this happens.
