事前決済とキャンセル料金は、主にお支払いのタイミングが異なります。

事前決済は「ご予約確定時」にお客様のクレジットカードへ決済が行われるのに対し、キャンセル料金はキャンセル料金対象期間に入ったあと「お客様がキャンセルを行った際」に決済が行われます。

前払い料金はキャンセル料金の対象期間とは関係なく決済が行われるため、原則として一度課金されるとそのあとご予約をキャンセルされた場合でも返金はございません。

• 事前決済：ご予約確定時にお支払い。ご予約後キャンセルされた場合でも返金不可。
• キャンセル料金：ご予約後、キャンセル時にお支払い。

The main difference between advance payment and cancellation fee is the timing of payment.

Prepayment is settled to your credit card at the time your reservation is confirmed, whereas cancellation charges are settled when you cancel your reservation after it has entered the cancellation charge period.

Since the prepayment is made regardless of the cancellation period, once the charge is made, there is no refund even if you cancel the reservation.

• Advance payment: Payment is made at the time the reservation is confirmed. No refund will be made even if you cancel the reservation after it is made.
• Cancellation fee: to be paid at the time of cancellation after making a reservation.
