予約をキャンセルするには

ログイン後、「予約一覧」の「今後のご予約」から予約の入っている店舗をの詳細を確認し、「予約のキャンセル」からキャンセル処理を行ってください。

また、予約のキャンセルに際して、所定のキャンセル料がかかる場合があります。キャンセル料は予約の詳細ページに記載してあります。

キャンセル操作したが、キャンセルできないとき

キャンセル操作が完了できない原因の多くは、キャンセル料のお支払いに対しお客様のクレジットカードが何かしらの理由で決済ができないというケースです。

• クレジットカードが限度額に達している
• クレジットカードが銀行により止まっている
• クレジットカードの有効期限が切れている

などの理由が考えられます。
他のクレジットカードを新しく登録していただき、再度キャンセル処理を行ってください。

また、原則として店舗に直接連絡頂いてもOMAKASEでお取り頂いたご予約に関しては店舗側では対応致しかねます。

To cancel a reservation

After logging in, go to "reservation" on the right side of the page, find the restaurant you reserved from the "Upcoming reservations" select the restaurant and choose "cancel" to proceed the cancellation process.
When canceling a reservation, a cancellation fee may apply.
The details on cancellation policy are provided on the restaurants' reservation page.

When you can't complete your cancellation after processing

The most common reason for failure to complete a cancellation is that for whatever reason, your credit card is unable to pay the cancellation fee.

• Your credit card has exceeded the limit amount.
• Your credit card is being suspended by the bank.
• Your credit card has expired.

are the some of the possible reasons why your cancellation cannot be completed.

Please register another credit card and proceed the cancellation process again.

In addition, as a general rule, even if you contact the store directly, the store will not be able to handle reservations made through OMAKASE.
